A passion for food and the outdoors ultimately lead to a fascination for mushrooms which inspired me to start this venture in Tasmania in the beautiful Derwent Valley.

Overcoming challenges such as time constraints and financial limitations, I aim to provide high quality products and knowledge to the community. By reusing materials and focusing on the use of local agricultural by products, I’ll strive to support both our family and those around us as well as the environment.
